How can I book my tour?:
You can book all our tours securely online via the booking form on our website, which you will find on the right hand side of each tour page, just click the ‘Book Now’ button to begin.
Alternatively you can visit the Visit Scotland Tourist Information office in person, at 3 Princes Street, EH2 2QP, Edinburgh, near Waverley train station, between the hours of 09:00–17:00, open every day.

What’s included in the price?:
The tour price includes the services of a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced driver-guide, and transportation on one of our luxury, modern, air-conditioned coaches.
All optional extras – The Loch Ness cruise (£13 per adult, £9.50 children), and the Whisky-Distillery Tour (£8 per adult, £5 for under-18s, no whisky), food and drink etc – are not included in the price of your tour. This is to allow our guests the freedom to choose which optional extras they would prefer. Please note that many visitor attractions may not accept credit card payments, so please ensure you have plenty of cash with you on the day.
Do I need to pre-book these optional extras?:
No, you don’t need to worry about pre-booking any of the optional extras, they can all be booked on the day through your friendly driver-guide. We negotiate discounted rates for you, ensuring you’ll always get a great deal.
Can children travel on your tours?:
We welcome children over 7 years old on our tours, and children aged between 7-15 years, and youths aged 16 & 17 are eligible for our concessionary rates. We regret we are not able to carry children under the age of 7 on any of our tours.
Is the tour conducted in English?:
Yes, all our tours are in English. Your tour will be taken by an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly English-speaking driver-guide.
What should I bring with me?:
As we like to give you as much time off the coach as possible, give you the opportunity for walks, and to not be hindered by on where to travel to in Scotland, we recommend you bring warm and/or waterproof clothing, wear comfortable shoes, and take a sun-block or a hat for sunny days. And don’t forget your camera to capture all the lovely scenery and wildlife you’ll encounter on your tour!
What happens if I’m late for the tour departure?:
It is very important that you arrive in plenty of time before your tour departs, as our coaches must leave on time and are unable to wait for late-comers. This is for the benefit of all customers, and allows us to explore all stops for the full amount of time, offering you the most out of your tour. We are not able to give refunds if you arrive late for the tour.
If you have onward travel connections before or after a tour, we strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time in order to travel to make your connection. The company does not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by illness, climatic conditions or road and/or traffic conditions. Please check our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Am I eligible for a concessionary rate?:
If you are aged between 5-17yrs, or are a full-time student (international and UK), then you are eligible for one of our concessionary rates.
Are your coaches wheelchair accessible?:
Unfortunately our coaches are not wheelchair accessible at present. Guests are free to store a foldable wheelchair in the hold of the coach, however when accessing the coach there are 2 to 3 steps. Please contact our Reservations Team for more information.
